Events: Add/Edit/Delete Activities

Daily activities allow you to break down an event into specific tasks and schedules. This helps with workforce assignments, inventory usage, and space management on a day-to-day basis. For collaborative events, activities are shared to producer portals and the entries streamline billing.

Adding Daily Activities

  1. Access the event's Details page.

  2. Navigate to the Activities section.

  3. Click the day you want to add an activity to.

  4. Add an activity using one of two options:

    • Left side: Click the yellow Add Activity button under the activities list.

    • Right side: Click the yellow Create Activity button at the top.

  5. In the pop-up window, enter details:

    • Activity Name

    • Repeat for all event days - toggle if the activity occurs every day.

    • Date and Time - confirm the date and adjust start and end times.

    • Optional: Add multiple schedules - click the purple Add Schedule button if the activity takes place on multiple dates/times.

    • Optional: Assign Space - if the event has multiple spaces, assign the activity to a specific space (if the add space button is grey and you need to add a space, see how to assign spaces to an event)

  6. Click Create Activity.

  7. The activity will now appear under the assigned date and in the main Activities page.

Editing Daily Activities

  1. Click the three-dot menu next to the name of the activity you want to edit.

  2. Select Edit.

  3. Update the details (name, time, space, schedule, etc.) in the pop-up.

  4. Click Save Activity.

Deleting Daily Activities

  1. Click the three-dot menu next to the name of the activity you want to edit.

  2. Select Delete.

  3. Confirm by clicking Yes, Delete in the pop-up.
