Activities: Add/Edit/Delete Tasks

Tasks allow you to break down activities into specific assignments. Each task can be assigned to a staff member, given a due date, and tracked for completion.

Adding a Task

  1. Go to the Activities tab within the event.

  2. Click on the date of the activity.

  3. Select the activity you want to add a task to.

  4. Click the grey Add Task button.

  5. In the pop-up window, enter details:

    • Task Name

    • Optional: Description 

    • Assign Staff Member

    • Due Date

    • Optional: Click the purple Upload files button to add any files (flow-charts, images, permission slips, etc.) for reference
  6. Click Create.

  7. The new task will appear under the activity.

Editing a Task

  1. Under the activity, find the task you want to update.

  2. Click the Details button on the task.

  3. Make any necessary changes.

  4. Click Save to confirm updates.

Deleting a Task

  1. Under the activity, find the task you want to remove.

  2. Click the Details button on the task.

  3. Click Delete.

  4. Confirm by clicking Yes, Delete in the pop-up.
