Venue Setup Step 2: Add Space
Spaces represent the individual rooms or areas within your venue that can host events. Adding spaces ensures you can manage capacity, availability, and bookings with accuracy. *Tip: If your venue has only one room, you only need to create one space. For venues with multiple rooms or areas, create a separate space for each (e.g., Hall A, Hall B, Patio, Ballroom)
How to Add a Space
- Open Add Space
- Click the Start button next to Add Space on the setup list pop-up (bottom right corner).

- Or, click the yellow Add Space button on the page.

- Enter Space Details
- Space Name (e.g., Hall A)

- Optional: Upload an image

- Enter space size and capacity

- Optional: Add notes in the Description field

3. Create Space

- Click Create Space to save your details.
