Venue Setup Step 5: Add Client

Adding clients in Sho-Soft helps you keep all customer information organized, making it easier to manage communications, bookings, and long-term relationships.

How to Add a Client

  1. Click the Start button next to Add Client on the setup list pop-up (bottom right corner).
  2. Click the yellow Add Client button on the page.

  3. Enter Client Details:
    • Company name
    • Primary contact’s full name
    • Phone number and email address
    • Optional: Click Add Contact Person to include additional contacts.
    • Optional: Business address
    • Optional: Client’s website

  4. Create Client
    • Click Create to save your Client details.
