Client

A Client in Sho-Soft is the individual or organization that books your venue for an event.

  • Each client profile stores important details such as company name, primary contact information, business address, and website.

  • You can add multiple contacts under one client to streamline communication.

  • Client entries make it easier to manage contracts, invoices, and event communications.

Note: Only Venue accounts have access to the Clients tab. A Client can also be a producer you invite to collaborate on an event through Sho-Soft.
