Producer: Setting Up Your Organization

Your organization setup is the foundation of your Sho-Soft Producer account. From here, you’ll configure your workforce, manage inventory, add team members, and set up vendors to ensure smooth event production.

Verify Your Email

  1. Check your inbox for the verification email from Sho-Soft.
  2. Open the email and click Verify Account.
  3. You’ll be redirected back to Sho-Soft.

Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your Spam or Promotions folder or you can resend the email to yourself from the Sho-Soft web page. 

            

How to Set Up Your Organization

  1. On the top toolbar, click the Organization button.

  2. Use the left-hand toolbar to set up each of the following:
