Organization Overview
The Organization tab in Sho-Soft is where producers manage all of their company resources. From workforce and inventory to team members and vendors, the Organization tab provides a centralized space to keep everything organized and ready for event production.

Workforce
Add and manage staff positions (e.g., box office managers, stagehands, technicians). Assign hourly or daily rates, and link workforce to vendors when necessary. Under Workforce you can:
Inventory
Track all production resources such as lighting, sound equipment, décor, or other supplies. Classify items as reusable or consumable, and add categories for easier organization. Under Inventory you can:
- Add/Edit/Delete Inventory
- Add/Edit/Delete Categories for inventory
Team Members
Invite your internal Sho-Soft users and assign them roles (e.g., Producer, Box Office Manager, Event Manager). Roles define access levels and permissions for different parts of the platform. Under Team Members you can:
- Add/Edit/Delete Team Members
- See how Team Members sign-up through the invitation process
Vendors
Maintain details for third-party providers that your organization partners with, including caterers, rental companies, or technical specialists. Store company info and contact details for quick collaboration. Under Vendors you can:
