Box Office: Add/Edit/Delete Support Contact 

Adding support contacts allows you to provide attendees with a phone number or email address they can use if they need help during ticket purchasing or event check-in.

How to Add Support Contacts

  1. Access the Event's Details Page

    1. Navigate to the Box Office section (if you do not see the Box Office tab follow the step outlined for adding box office to an event - this feature is for self-produced events only! The box office is managed by the invited producer for collaborative events).

  2. On the left side panel, find the blue “Add support contacts” button.

  3. Enter Contact Information
    In the pop-up:

    • Enter a phone number for attendees to contact support.

    • Enter an email address for attendees to contact support.

  4. Save the Contact
    Once saved, the contact will display in the support section and appear on the storefront for attendees.

How to Edit or Delete Support Contacts

         

  1. Edit Contact Information - Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the support contact.
    Make any necessary changes to the phone number or email address, then click Save.

  2. Delete a Contact - Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the support contact.
    Click Delete on the pop-up and confirm by clicking Yes, Delete.
    Once deleted, the contact will no longer appear on the storefront or support section.
