A Task in Sho-Soft is a smaller, actionable item that falls under an Activity within an event. Tasks help assign responsibility to individual team members and keep deadlines clear for both self-produced and collaborative events.

Flexible Details - Tasks can include names, descriptions, and updates for better tracking.
- Linked Profiles - When Venue and Producer accounts are linked for collaborative events, tasks remain private to each profile.

Tasks created under a Venue profile are only visible to the venue team.

Tasks created under a Producer profile are only visible to the producer team.
However, daily event activities are shared across both profiles, ensuring both sides stay aligned on the overall schedule while still managing their own internal task lists.
