Producer: Add Vendor

Adding vendors in Sho-Soft allows you to store and manage partner details in one place. This ensures your team has quick access to vendor information for smooth event coordination.

How to Add a Vendor

  1. Under setup on the left-hand side, select Vendors.

  2. Click the yellow Add Vendor button.

  3. Enter vendor details:
    • Vendor Company name
    • Primary Contact: name, phone (optional), email (optional)
    • Optional: Click Add Contact Person to add additional contacts and repeat the previous step.
    • Optional: Enter the vendor’s website.

  1. Click Create.

    Your vendor will now appear on the main Vendors page.
