Load In/Out Days
Load-In and Load-Out days are buffer times reserved before and after an event for setup and teardown.

Load-In: Time allocated before an event to bring in equipment, décor, or supplies and prepare the space.

Load-Out: Time after an event to dismantle, pack up, and remove all equipment or décor.

On the calendar, these days are visually indicated with hatched/striped shading before and after the event block.
Why It Matters:

Prevents scheduling conflicts by blocking time before/after events.

Ensures workforce, vendors, and clients understand setup/teardown expectations.
