Exhibitor
In Sho-Soft, Exhibitors are individual companies, organizations, or people who showcase their products, services, or offerings at an event hosted at a venue. Exhibitors are typically associated with trade shows, expos, and fairs, where multiple participants set up booths or displays.
Key Characteristics of Exhibitors
-
Participants at Events - Exhibitors take part in an event organized by a venue or producer.
-
Showcase or Sell - They may demonstrate, promote, or sell their products and services.
-
Assigned Spaces - Exhibitors are often assigned a booth, table, or section of a venue space.
-
Managed by Organizer - The event organizer (venue or producer) manages exhibitor details, including contracts, billing, and placement.
Example
At the Aurora Gala & Expo at Woodsbury Center, Aurora Event Group invites 20 exhibitors. Each exhibitor has their own booth in Hall A to showcase products to attendees.
Tip: In Sho-Soft, when setting up an event, you can select Yes or No for Exhibitors. Choose Yes if the event includes multiple participants displaying or selling their work, and No if it’s a single-organization event (like a wedding or private gala).
