Assets: Upload/Rename/Delete Documents

Effortlessly upload and manage your event-related files in one secure location. Use the Documents section to keep all event-related resources organized and easily accessible.

How to Add a Document

  1. Go to the Event Details Page.

  2. Click the Assets tab.

  3. In the left-hand menu, select Documents.

  4. Click the yellow Upload File button.

  5. Select a document file from your computer.

  6. The uploaded file will appear in the Documents page.

How to Edit, Download, or Delete a Document

  1. On the Documents page, locate the document file.

  2. Click the three-dot menu at the bottom of the file entry.



  3. Select one of the following actions:

    • Rename – Update file name.

    • Download – Save a copy of the file to your computer.

    • Delete – Permanently remove the file.
