Assets: Upload/Rename/Delete Contracts 

Upload signed documents to store and manage them as part of your event’s official agreements. Contracts are securely kept under the event’s Assets tab and can be renamed, downloaded, or deleted as needed.

How to Add a Contract

  1. Go to the Event Details Page.

  2. Click the Assets tab.

  3. In the left-hand menu, select Contracts.

  4. Click the yellow Upload File button.

  5. Select a contract file from your computer.

  6. The uploaded file will appear in the Contracts page.

How to Rename, Download, or Delete a Contract

  1. On the Contracts page, locate the contract file.

  2. Click the three-dot menu at the bottom of the file entry.

  3. Select one of the following actions:

    • Rename – Update file name.

    • Download – Save a copy of the file to your computer.

    • Delete – Remove the contract permanently.
